It is difficult to pinpoint one specific quality that makes a real estate agent "The One" but we think the thing that makes Maurice so special is that he cares not just about buying or selling a "house" but he sees the process as individual and personal. Maurice takes the time to listen to what you want and not waste your time looking at things that you don't want. We were able to find the community and the house of our dreams to raise our children in because Maurice's mission was to find the things we were looking for.
